In case the item(s) in your purchase is damaged or there is a size issue, we are happy to offer an exchange with a different piece/size. An imitation for exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order, and the item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and retaining the original tags & packaging. We do not exchange any International orders.
We do not offer an exchange or refund if the product has been customised according to your needs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized printed fabrics or any special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any fabrics.
If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns request unless the product is defected/damaged or the product is not what you ordered for.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

After a successful return and inspection of returned fabric, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price or refund to your bank account or refund to your source of payment if order is prepaid. If coupon code is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be refunded. A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply to return if not eligible for return.
Both way shipping charges and COD Charge will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be credited if the order is returned by you.

If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. If you had selected COD at the time of placing order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 6 - 9 working days from the time of order cancellation.
